What is BlockID?

Pre-Requisites

• An Android Device or Apple iPhone (Android OS: 7.1 and later / iOS: 13.0 or later)

• Latest BlockID Mobile App.

Download/Install:

1. Let’s begin with installing the BlockID app on the phone. Please follow the below links to install the app.

2. iOS AppStore / Android PlayStore.

Setting up  BlockID App:

1. Once the BlockID App is installed > Launch BlockID to begin the registration.

2. The application shows the initialization / setup process followed by the Welcome screen.

Step 1: Setting up PIN:

• Tap on Continue > Set-up the PIN for the app. Once the PIN is set-up the app will redirect you to enable the Biometrics authentication.

Step 2: Enabling Biometrics Authentication

• Once the PIN is set-up the BlockID App will redirect you to enable the Biometrics. If the Biometrics isn’t set-up on your phone, you must enrol for Fingerprint, FaceID or PIN.

• Tap on Enable, it will ask for the authentication (FaceID, TouchID, PIN).

Step 3: Enrolling LiveID

• Click on Next and begin the enrolment for LiveID.

• As you see in the below Allow the permissions in BlockID app to record the video for LiveID enrolment.

• Enrol the LiveID in BlockID App as per the instructions on the screen. It might ask you to turn left, turn right, blink your eyes or smile.

Step 4: Adding the account in BlockID App

• Once the LiveID is enrolled in the app. Please head back to the app’s home screen to Add the account from the top left 

Step 5: Login into the Dashboard

• Once the account is added to BlockID App. Please follow the instruction from your organization’s IT Support team for login.

• Scan the QR code using BlockID App > authenticate via Biometrics or PIN.

• As you authenticate, the respected login page will redirect you to your Dashboard/Apps assigned to your profile.
