Problem
Nothing happens when user scans the QR code in BlockID Mobile Application
Solution
This error might occur when scanner in the BlockID app is unable to scan the QR code.
Steps
- Scan the QR code using built-in scanner of your mobile device.
- Once scanned, BlockID link (highlighted in yellow) will be seen.
- Click on the BlockID link & open with BlockID Mobile Application.
